Whereas, the month of April has become synonymous with the environmental movement thanks to Earth Day celebrations; and:

Whereas, toxins are noticeably beginning to affect everyday life; and:

Whereas, climate seems too large for individuals to make a difference unless they are given tools for educated, easy, quick and inexpensive actions that will add up; and:

Whereas, in order to create a tipping point, a concentrated month long, environmental awareness campaign for April 2008 has been developed that asks for commitments throughout Green Energy Month to unite communities, nonprofit organizaitons, businesses, schools, and households; and:
